When a Refund or Reprint is Not Available
Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or reprints for the following:

Customer Error: Selecting the wrong size, color, or style. (Please refer to our size charts before ordering!)

Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the item or simply don't like the product once it arrives.

Incorrect Address: If an incorrect shipping address is provided. In some cases, we may be able to refund the product cost only, but original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Report an Issue (Defects or Damages)
If your item arrives damaged, or if there is a clear manufacturing error (e.g., printing mistake, hole in the garment), we are happy to help!

Contact us within 30 days: You must report the issue within 30 days of the delivery date.

Provide Evidence: To process a claim, we require clear photos or videos showing the defect or the incorrect item received.

Keep Your Item: In most cases, you do not need to mail the item back to us. Once the evidence is verified, we will arrange for a reprint or a refund.
